At Northern Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't fit your space or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all hardware and assembly instructions included to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  For large furniture items, our specialized logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient home pickup, while smaller decor items can be dropped off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
